What age are Busy Bags for?
Best suited for ages 3+. They’re made for fine motor play at home or on the go.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Free local pickup is available in Alkimos, WA 6038. Just choose the option at checkout and we’ll be in touch to confirm collection details.
How long for custom orders?
Custom stamps take 5–10 days. You’ll get a proof within 48 hours.
Are your products safe for toddlers?
All Busy Bags are thoughtfully created using materials sourced from Australian-standard approved manufacturers. Safe for your little ones.
They are designed for children aged 3+ and must be used under adult supervision due to small parts.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please Note orders from Friday 12pm, weekend and Monday are shipped out Tuesday 2pm.
Can I request a custom order?
Yes – we love custom ideas! If you have a specific theme or design in mind, feel free to get in touch via email or Instagram, and we’ll see what we can create for you.
Are party favour purchases refundable?
No, party favour packs are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the product. Please double-check your theme selection and quantity before placing your order.
