When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process and ship orders on the next business day. However, please keep in mind that weekends, public holidays, and any current delays may affect the processing time of your order. For sensory Base, custom stamps or party favor orders, please note that there is a 1-2-week turnaround time for shipping unless other arrangements have been made prior to ordering. All Sensory fabrics are 3–4-day turnround. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure your order is delivered promptly and efficiently.

How are your sensory bases made?

At Open Hand Learning, we take pride in crafting our sensory bases using only food-grade materials and ingredients. Each sensory base is made fresh, ensuring quality and freshness. Our bases have a shelf life of over a year or longer when stored correctly. While our bases are food-safe, we do not recommend consumption, and adult supervision is highly recommended during play. Additionally, all our bases are made in a pet-free environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene to provide a safe and enjoyable sensory experience for children.
