Custom Name Stamps Terms and Conditions

• Product Details: Custom name stamps are handmade products made to order. The typical turnaround time is between 6 to 10 days.

• Proof Approval: Image proofs will be sent via email within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order. Please ensure you check your junk or spam folders for these emails. If no response is received within 48 hours, a text message will be sent. If there is still no reply, the product will be finalized and sent based on the provided image proof. No returns or exchanges will be accepted in such cases.

• Lettering Options: For names with repeated letters, such as “Millie” or “Billie,” you have the option of including one of each letter on the five-sided stamp, alongside images from your selected theme (e.g., dinosaurs or fairies). If your child’s name has more than five letters (e.g., “Sophia”), it will be spread across two cubes, with the remaining sides filled with themed imagery.

• Five-Letter Names: If the name contains exactly five letters, like “Henry,” no imagery will be added, as each side of the cube will be used for the letters.

• Letter Case: We offer lowercase lettering upon request. However, uppercase is the default due to its popularity.

• Theme Selection: You are welcome to choose a theme from our existing collection (e.g., birthday) or specify a different theme in the notes section during checkout. We will confirm your choice through the image proof samples.

• No Returns or Refunds: As these are custom-made products, no returns or refunds will be provided.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process and ship orders on the next business day. However, please keep in mind that weekends, public holidays, and any current delays may affect the processing time of your order. For sensory Base, custom stamps or party favor orders, please note that there is a 1-2-week turnaround time for shipping unless other arrangements have been made prior to ordering. All Sensory fabrics are 3–4-day turnround. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure your order is delivered promptly and efficiently.

How are your sensory bases made?

At Open Hand Learning, we take pride in crafting our sensory bases using only food-grade materials and ingredients. Each sensory base is made fresh, ensuring quality and freshness. Our bases have a shelf life of over a year or longer when stored correctly. While our bases are food-safe, we do not recommend consumption, and adult supervision is highly recommended during play. Additionally, all our bases are made in a pet-free environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene to provide a safe and enjoyable sensory experience for children.
